About HomeStar

We have inhouse Expert technicians trained by MNC Brands, fully equipped to serve you in quick time.

Technician carries out repair at customers place, if any spare part or consumables required quotation will be given for customer’s approval.

Complaint can be registered through website, by calling to our call centre or by social media also.

HomeStar currently serving Bangalore and Kochi.

Registering Complaints

An email will be sent to your inbox as soon as it is registered in website.

You can choose Date and Time while booking the complaint. We would be sending Technician Name and Mobile Number by SMS 30 minutes before the schedule time.

You have the right to cancel your booking at any time before the job is completed. To cancel you must inform us by emailing us at info@homestarindia.com. We would ask that you try and do so at least 4 hours prior to the time of your booking.

Charges

Service charge is a charge which is collected for diagnosis and fault analysis by technician when he visits to your home.

Payment may be made only by cash as of now, technician will provide receipt for the same.

Service charge is mandatory. In those cases where Technician can’t resolve / repair at home. With consent of customer, we will pull back appliance to our service center. Transportation charges would be borne by customer.

All efforts would be made to resolve in first instance, however if required for second or more visits we would not charge any labour / visiting charge.

If technician didnt turn up on schedule time, you can contact him over mobile. In case of no response you can connect to our call centre or write to us at  info@homestarindia.com to help you further.

Repairs / Service

Repair quote is clear and transparent document which enables customer to take decision. Expert Technician provides such quote only after considering the risk factor and cost for repair.

It depends on brand and part. Sometimes also on availability.

However we are charging only for diagnosis and fault analysis. If you decide not to ahead with repair post issuance quote, we wont charge you anything else.

Appliances

Our Technicians are fully qualified and are equipped to repair most home and kitchen appliances including fridges, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers and cooking appliances.

We repair appliances that are less than 10 years old. As sometimes parts may not be available and it may actually be more cost effective for you to think about buying a new appliance.

We do repair commercial appliances.

Repair & Protect

Repair & Protect or AMC is a service offered by HomeStar. The service offered covers the cost of service and also comes with an additional 12 month’s service against any further breakdowns.

AMC payments to be made to ” HomeStar Services India Pvt. Ltd.” by cheque or online only. Details of bank can be found on AMC application.
