Terms & Conditions

  1. Repair Charges /Visit Charges – is the compulsory charges on the technician visit to customer premises – needs to be paid by the customer on first visit itself
  2. Inspection Charge will be charged during the first visit of the technician and also for cases where the repair estimation is not approved by the customer or when the company rejects the appliance which cannot be serviced or declares not repairable.
  3. Tampered sets will not be accepted for repairs
  4. Post technician visit – if any spare needs to be changed or replaced would be extra as per current market rates
  5. A valid job card and cash receipts will be issued by the technician which validates the service history and customer experience/ job done; duly signed by both the technician and the customer.
  6. For any spare part replacement – the customer is given the estimation from the back end team based on the availability of the spare parts and its present market rate.
  7. Post customer confirmation/approval to change the spare part as per the estimation, then only the spare part wou d be ordered – However repeated and commonly failure parts would be available at the service centre for immediate replacement.
  8. Service Warranty – warranty for the workmanship is 60 days from the date of work completion (Cash Receipt/ Job card to be produced by the customer to avail service warranty)
  9. Customer can avail service warranty only for the appliance/service mentioned on the job card
  10. The company shall be under no obligation to provide repair / service because of improper use, unauthorized alteration, modification or substitution of any part or Sr. No. of the machine is altered, defaced or removed, abnormal vlitage fluctuation, rat bite, and neglect, acts of god like floods, lightening, earthquakes etc. or causes other than ordinary use. If our services are required as a result of the causes stated above, such services shall be at normal applicable charges.
  11. While every effort shall be made to give preferential attention to emergency breakdown of the equipment, the company shall not be held responsible for any loss arising due to delay in service.
  12. The equipment brought to the service center will remain there at customer risk and the company will not be responsible for any damages caused due to the factors beyond its contrli
  13. Most of the repairs would be carried out at the customer premises only, if need arises then the appliance would be called back to the Service centre and Transportation for taking appliance to the Service Center for repairs shall be borne by the customer as per the applicable rates, any damages caused during transit the company will not be responsible; we suggest the customer can also bring the appliance to the service centre to avoid damages
  14. Any estimate issued by the service centre is provisional and not binding; in case of variances in market price.
  15. There is no warranty for the parts replaced; however, we charge no labour for the repeat complaints within 60 days of call closure.
  16. Company shall not be responsible for any delay due to non availability of spares. If the spare parts are not available with the manufacturer / Dealer, we are not entitled to repair the equipments.
  17. Central/State Government Cess/Levis as applicable would be charged at actual.
  18. All the transactions are subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction only.
  19. It is presumed that by signing the job card, the terms and conditions stated are accepted by the customer.

AMC

  1. All payments are to be made in advance along with the Request form mentioned.
  2. Payments accepted in only Cheque/DD/NEFT forms only and no cash payments accepted
  3. AMC will cover waiver of the visiting charges and 3 routine service charges during the period of contract and in case of packages as per the charges described by the company at the time of agreement.
  4. This AMC covers only the waiver of Labour/Service charges as per described number of visits; If any spare required for repairing of the product after receiving breakdown Complaints Company will provide the same on chargeable basis.

  6. Cash Paid receipt or the AMC Form (Customer copy) to be produced to the company representative to avail AMC services.
  7. PMC (Preventive Maintenance Check up) would be carried out by the company within 7 days from the AMC commencement date, if not 1free service out of 3 would be lapsed.
  8. Any change of address must be notified by the customer to the company in advance.
  9. In case the AMC is to be entered into after the expiry of warranty period, the contract will be accepted subject to checking of the equipment by the company’s representative and verifying that it is in working condition. In case set is found defective and any repair needs to be done, then it will be repaired first and then taken into contract and the cost (labor and parts) shall be borne by the customer.
  10. The company shall be under no obligation to provide repair / service because of improper use, unauthorized alteration, modification or substitution of any part or Serial. No. of the machine is altered, defaced or removed, abnormal voltage fluctuation, rat bite, and neglect, acts of god like floods, lightening, earthquakes etc. or causes other than ordinary use. If our services are required as a result of the causes stated above, such services shall be at extra charge
  11. While every effort shall be made to give preferential attention to emergency breakdown of the equipment, the company shall not be held responsible for any loss arising due to delay in attending to breakdown
  12. In case the customer wants to cancel the contract before the completion of the contract period, there shall be no refund of the charges for unexpired period.
  13. The contract is not transferable in event of resale / gift to any other person and no refund shall be given.
  14. The equipment brought to the service center will remain there at customer risk and the company will not be responsible for any damages caused due to the factors beyond its control.
  15. Transportation for taking appliance to the Authorized Service Center for repairs shall be borne by the customer as per the applicable rates
  16. Damage to the product or any parts due to Transportation / Shifting is not covered under this contract
  17. Acceptance / Renewal of AMC after expiry of the contract shall be at the discretion of the company.
  18. All disputes are subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction
